From Wiktionary under the GNU Free Documentation License. Anxiety is a psychological and physiological state characterized by cognitive, somatic, emotional, and behavioral components. These components combine to create an unpleasant feeling that is typically associated with uneasiness, fear, or worry. Anxiety is a generalized mood condition that occurs without an identifiable triggering stimulus. As such, it is distinguished from fear, which occurs in the presence of an observed threat. Additionally, fear is related to the specific behaviors of escape and avoidance, whereas anxiety is the result of threats that are perceived to be uncontrollable or unavoidable. Another view is that anxiety is "a future-oriented mood state in which one is ready or prepared to attempt to cope with upcoming negative events" suggesting that it is a distinction between future vs. present dangers that divides anxiety and fear. Anxiety is considered to be a normal reaction to stress. It may help a person to deal with a difficult situation, for example at work or at school, by prompting one to cope with it. It's sort of a depction of how the corrupted capitalist government breeds a distrubed society. It more of a civil thing as opposed to political anxieties. We have everything that most countries don't, a good economy (yeah, not right now), not much of civil wars or such type, a government that takes pride in protecting its civliians, but yet the rat race of capitalism which this country promotes (I'm assuming u r American) has deprived people of their self worth, it has led them to keep fighting and searching for something that it way out of their reaches. Q. I am eight months pregnant and this will be my first child. This may sound crazy but I have been having anxiety attacks about people in the delivery room seeing me completely naked. I also worry about defecating while trying to push. I know I should probably worry about others things such as the health of the baby and me, but for some reason the thought of everybody in the room looking between my legs and watching me defecate is really unsettling.
